We guarantee that all items sold by Oh My Lux are 100% authentic.

  • Items are inspected and verified before sale
  • In some cases, third-party authentication may be used

If any item is proven not authentic, we will offer a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise
  • Full payment must be made before order processing
  • We reserve the right to:

  2. Cancel orders due to pricing errors

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Item is significantly not as described
