Customers may opt to collect their orders at our store during operation hours. Kindly contact us in advance to arrange a suitable collection time.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, parcel size, and weight.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and import requirements in their respective countries.


DELIVERY INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is available upon request and will be charged at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for high-value items.


CUSTOM, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside Malaysia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Payment of any applicable customs duties and taxes is typically required before or upon delivery.

To comply with international shipping regulations, we are required to declare the full purchase value of all items. We are unable to mark items as gifts or declare a lower value on customs forms.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges. All items are sold as described, and customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once payment has been completed.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us for additional information, photos, or clarification before placing an order to ensure full satisfaction with the item’s condition.


AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

We take authenticity very seriously and carefully inspect every item before listing it for sale.

In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized professional authentication service, customers must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the item and provide official documentation to initiate a return request.


CONDITIONS FOR APPROVED RETURNS (AUTHENTICITY CLAIMS ONLY) 

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sold
  • All original components (dust bags, straps, accessories, tags, stickers, packaging) must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may be subject to partial refund or rejection.


RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Insurance (recommended)
  • Any applicable taxes or duties

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
